What data we collect

Contact form. When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the name, email address, company name, and message you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry (legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us, and taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request).

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to deliver the website. This data is not used to identify visitors.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that collects aggregated, anonymized visit statistics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites or devices.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to operate this website: Formspree, Inc. (contact form delivery) and Vercel, Inc. (hosting and analytics), both based in the United States. Transfers to these providers are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep data

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at info@brainergo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
